GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We would like to ensure you a better service and would like that the payment should be made as follow.

1-PAYMENT CONDITION

a) Tour cost should be paid in EURO because the hotel tariffs and Malagasy money are based in euro.
b) An advance booking is recommended for the reservation of the most convenient flights and suitable hotels.
A deposit of 30 % of total tour cost is required for the confirmation of your booking.
c) Payments should be done through Wire transfer. The Company will not accept responsibility for wire transfer charges.

Here is our following bank information

d) The balance is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to your arrival.
The Company will not provide any vouchers or documents until full payment has been received.

2-TRIP CANCELLATION

Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the Company.
Cancellation Charges depend on when company receives the notice of the cancellation.
Cancellation penalties:

15% of the payment if Cancellation Notice received within 40 to 29 days of the expected arrival date

30% of the payment if Cancellation Notice received within 28 to 16 days of the expected arrival date

50% of the payment if Cancellation Notice received within 15 to 10 days of the expected arrival date

100% of the payment if Cancellation Notice received less than 10 days of the expected arrival date

3-TRIP MODIFICATION

Itinerary and prices are subjected to change as circumstances may warrant (fuel, exchange rate, domestic flight rate, domestic flight cancellation which are beyond our control).
It is always possible that the order of stops will change to accommodate domestic flight changes that are made due to conditions beyond our control. Sometimes irregularity or delay of scheduled flights may change our program.

4-OUR COMMITMENT

It is our responsibility to ensure that your trip in Madagascar, from the time of your arrival until your departure, is well planned and organized. Therefore, we confirm that we have the ability to ensure with great care all of the services mentioned below.

* Booking of hotel accommodations according to your and to hotel availability
* Welcome and assistance at the airport on all flights
* Transport: 4WD vehicle, 4WD Minivan (4X4 STAREX), Minivan or bus according to the number of the people
* Transfers * Booking of the flights

5-INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that customers obtain insurance which covers: accidental death and disability, emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation and Loss of personal effects.
